Senior Litigation Attorney
Gilda Pashai is a senior litigation attorney at B&D Law Group, APLC in Los Angeles. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in May 2018 and works with clients in English and Farsi.
Gilda Pashai joined B&D Law Group in 2019 and focuses her practice on plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, representing people who have been injured because of someone else’s negligence. She handles motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries and other complex personal injury matters.
Admitted to the State Bar of California in 2018, Gilda has more than eight years of legal experience. Over her career she has secured millions of dollars in settlements and recoveries for her clients. Her work covers every stage of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, law and motion, mediation, settlement negotiations and trial preparation. Past results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any future case.
Gilda has been selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for five consecutive years. She is bilingual and works with clients in English and Farsi.
