Shayan Davatgar is a pre-litigation attorney at B&D Law Group, APLC. He joined the firm in 2025 and works on catastrophic personal injury claims, car and truck accidents, Uber and Lyft accidents, slip and fall and trip and fall injuries, and dog bites.
Pre-litigation is the stage of an injury claim before a lawsuit is filed. It is where medical records and bills are gathered, injuries and losses are documented, and the claim is presented to the insurance company. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in November 2025.
