Pre-Litigation Attorney
Elliot Labib is a pre-litigation attorney at B&D Law Group, APLC in Los Angeles. He works with injured clients on their claims before any lawsuit is filed.
Elliot joined B&D Law Group in 2024. He started on the firm’s litigation team while finishing law school, then moved to the pre-litigation team after taking the bar exam. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 2025.
Pre-litigation is the stage of an injury claim before a lawsuit is filed. It is where medical records and bills are gathered, injuries and losses are documented, and the claim is presented to the insurance company. Elliot’s work sits in that stage.
