Bita Azimi is a senior litigation attorney at B&D Law Group, APLC in Los Angeles. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1989.
Bita Azimi is a senior litigation attorney at B&D Law Group, APLC. She has handled civil litigation in California for more than three decades.
Earlier in her career, she litigated on behalf of insurance carriers, representing hospitals, physicians and other healthcare professionals in binding arbitrations, trials and appeals. Many of those cases involved birth injuries and other catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death claims arising from medical and other professional negligence.
Her background also covers toxic torts, construction defect, products liability, public transportation systems, intellectual property, business litigation and real estate. Before joining B&D, she was a partner in the Los Angeles office of Resnick & Louis, P.C., where her practice focused on general civil litigation, construction defect and products liability.
