Vako Artinian

Vartkes (Vako) Artinian is an associate attorney at B&D Law Group. A trial lawyer with heart, Vako also has extensive experience in settling his client’s cases for top dollar. Prior to joining the B&D Law Group, he was a managing attorney at a prominent real estate and business litigation firm in Los Angeles, California. Vako has been working in law firms since he was in college. He even competed on his high school mock trial team. As an attorney, he now volunteers as a mock trial judge and coach for high school and college mock trial competitions in the Los Angeles area.

Vako brings his extensive knowledge and experience in complex civil litigation to stand up to insurance companies and bring his injured clients the results they expect and deserve. His background allows him to deal with large corporate entities and navigate through the tricks and games of insurance companies who do not want to be held accountable for what is owed.

Vako earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy in 2006 from the University of California at San Diego (UCSD), where he graduated a member of the National Academic Honors Society. He then received his Juris Doctor degree in 2013 from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he volunteered for the Veterans Legal Assistance Clinic, as well as the San Diego Office of the Public Defender. He founded the first Armenian Law Students Association (ALSA) chapter in San Diego County, and competed nationally for the school’s Mock Trial Team (a prestige given only to the top 1% of the student body) and Alternative Dispute Resolution team. Finally, he served as co-editor of the school newspaper.

Vako also enjoys being a father to his two boys and husband to his beautiful wife. Family is everything to Vako, and he works with each and every one of his clients closely, compassionately, and with a selfless conviction to always put their needs ahead of his.
